    You will share your situation and goals with me, and I will explain our process to see if we are a good fit. (Cost: Free)

  • 2 Weeks Later

    2-Hour Planning Session

    A two hour working session to organize your assets and property and make some decisions. At the end, you will choose the level of planning and fee that works best for you. (Cost $750)

  • 2 Weeks Later

    Draft Your Plan

    I will craft a holistic plan tailored to your specific needs, assets, and desires, ensuring that the people you love are cared for and the things you worked hard for will be preserved for them. (Average Cost: $2,000 – $8,000)

  • 2 Weeks Later

    Signing Meeting

    You will sign all of your documents after I explain them to you. I will answer any questions you have and you will leave with peace of mind knowing that you. have a plan in place that will work when you need it to.

  • 1 Week Later

    Binder Delivery Meeting

    The final meeting in which you will receive all of your final documents. I will conduct a personal legacy interview with you where you will share your last thoughts, experiences, or memories to be given to your loved ones when you pass as a priceless gift to them.

    Fund and Retitle Assets

    All assets, property, and accounts must be properly funded and titles transferred to the newly created trust. I will give you detailed instructions on how to do this, or you can hire us to do it for you. This is an IMPORTANT STEP! If assets are not properly transferred, your trust will be empty and useless. (Cost: $850 if we do it)

  • Every 1-3 Years

    Review and Checkup

    It is always a good idea to have your plan reviewed when there are any changes in your family, circumstances, finances, or large purchases. Changes in the laws can also impact your plan. (Cost: Free for your first review)

  • At Your Passing

    Trust Administration & Probate

    Your estate will need to be probated in court (if you had a will) or will pass to your trust administrator to be carried out according to your wishes. We will be here to act as administrator, support your family, or advise your appointed administer when that time comes. (Cost: varies)
