How long does the process take?
Some people can finish their estate plans in as little as 30 minutes. But don’t worry, we’ll save your responses as you go so you can always pick up where you left off.
Is this legal?
All estate plans were built by attorneys and customized by you. Every plan is legally-valid, state specific, and created to meet your specific needs.
In order to ensure your estate plan is legally binding, sign and notarize the documents upon receiving or downloading.
Do not skip the most important step! Your home must be re-titled with a deed to put it into your new trust’s name. This is not something we recommend you try to DIY. We offer this deed-to-trust service for $400 and you receive a $50 discount by using the links on our page to create your trust.
